Some children benefit from additional help within the Cambridge programme. We discuss each child’s needs with their family and consider support following assessment, taking account of suitability and available capacity.
Choosing the right programme
Which stages does Golden Oak cover?
Kindergarten, Pre-Reception and Reception cover ages 3–6. The Primary programme is described as Years 1–6; contact admissions for current class availability. Secondary is planned for September 2029 for ages 12+.
How do I choose the right stage for my child?
Use the programme cards above as a starting point, then contact admissions to confirm the appropriate class under the school’s age requirements.
What language and curriculum do you use?
Teaching is in English. Younger children follow a developmental Early Years programme. The Cambridge International Curriculum begins in Reception and continues through Primary, alongside a broad range of subjects and enrichment.
Can you support children who need extra help?
Additional learning support is considered individually after assessment and discussion with the family. Provision depends on the child’s needs, suitability for the programme and available capacity.
