The Primary programme is described as Year 1 to Year 6. Contact admissions to confirm current class availability and the appropriate entry year for your child.

Golden Oak follows the Cambridge Primary framework, with English, mathematics and science alongside geography, history, Greek and enrichment subjects. Explore our Cambridge curriculum for more detail.

The standard Primary day runs Monday to Friday, 07:30–15:30, during the September–June academic year. Optional paid provision is available until 17:30. Please confirm the arrangement, availability and charges for your child with the school.

Hot lunch is available on request as an optional service. School bus transport is also available; the administration team can provide the current School Bus Form, routes and pricing.

The 2026/27 Parent Handbook states that Primary homework is compulsory, with work sent home on Tuesdays and Fridays. On other days, homework is completed at school with the class teacher. Children who leave before Homework Club must complete the work at home.
